First Notes from the Allotments

The birding pages are being set up to record sightings around the allotments and the surrounding Lauriston Farm landscape.

Even in the early stages of observation a few familiar species have been noted including robins, blackbirds, woodpigeons and the occasional passing gulls from the nearby coast.

As the project develops this log will include seasonal visitors, breeding activity and notes from the regular bird surveys carried out at the Agroecology Project.
